110-300-0166(2)(c) Licensee had a hose accessible that is capable of forming a loop around a child’s neck. The hose was removed during this site visit. 110-300-0165(3)(a) Licensee has broken plastic slide with sharp edges on it. The slide was removed and made inaccessible during this site visit. 110-300-0165(3)(c) Licensee has a broken riding toy in the outdoor play area. This riding toy was removed and made inaccessible during this site visit.
